A high-volume food production facility is seeking an experienced CPU Manager to lead site operations and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This role holds full accountability for people leadership, operational delivery, compliance, and financial performance. You’ll lead a large production team, ensure safe and efficient output, and deliver continuous improvement across quality, cost, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations of a central food production facility
- Deliver production targets, quality standards, and food safety compliance
- Full P&L accountability, including labour, waste, and cost control
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing management and production team
- Forecast and plan production volumes and resources, including peak periods
