CORElevate is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager within the food industry. This role manages and develops supply chain and procurement across the UK and Europe. You’ll lead category management, support new market entry, and work closely with franchise partners and central teams to build a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective supply chain that supports restaurant growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, procurement, distribution, and supplier performance across assigned categories and regions.
- Deliver cost improvement and productivity initiatives across food and packaging.
- Develop long-term category strategies aligned with global supply chain objectives.
- Support supply chain setup for new European markets.
- Lead SCM projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are met.
- Support approval and onboarding of local suppliers where required.
- Maintain strong knowledge of local food regulations, import requirements, tariffs, and sustainability standards.
- Build understanding of local suppliers, distributors, and market dynamics.
- Build strong partnerships with franchisees and internal teams.
- Support development and improvement of supplier and distributor networks.
- Contribute to short- and long-term supply chain strategy.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
- Lead supplier negotiations and RFI/RFP processes.
- Develop contingency and capacity plans for key products.
- Maintain accurate data to support forecasting, spend analysis, and network design.
Decision-Making Responsibility
- Approve supplier selection, procurement plans, and supplier negotiations.
- Recommend regional supply infrastructure strategies, new market onboarding, and supply chain technology development.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally within Food, FMCG, or Hospitality.
- International supply chain experience.
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
- Project management experience across multiple workstreams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of in-country regulations and import requirements.
- Preferred: Commodity market analysis and strategy experience.
- Additional language skills.
