CORELevate are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of a fast-growing, multi‐brand hospitality group operating across Casual Dining and QSR concepts. This is a hands‐on, floor‐focused role within a high‐growth, fast‐paced environment. The business is actively expanding across multiple brands and locations, with further concepts planned. This role will support several sites and brands, not a single location. The successful candidate will report directly into senior leadership and will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, consistency, and performance across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day‐to‐day operations across multiple brands and sites
  • Support and develop Store Managers and leadership teams
  • Implement and maintain operational systems, audits, and brand standards
  • Play a key role in new store openings and launch readiness
  • Drive performance through strong people leadership and engagement
  • Own and manage P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls
  • Ensure consistency across multi‐brand and (where applicable) franchise operations
  • Act as a visible, hands‐on leader on the floor

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a multi‐site Operations Manager role
  • Strong background in new store openings
  • Experience across Casual Dining and/or QSR
  • Confident people manager with the ability to lead at pace
  • Strong commercial understanding including P&Ls, budgeting, and cost control
  • Exposure to franchise and multi‐brand environments highly beneficial
  • Comfortable working in a fast‐moving, scaling business
