We’re working with a fast-growing, well-funded QSR business looking for an energetic, commercially strong Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of fixed restaurants and high-volume food market / kiosk locations across London.
This role is ideal for a QSR / Fast Casual operator who thrives in pace-led environments, loves leading from the front, and has a strong grip on standards, people, and performance.
The Role
- Owning multi-site QSR operations across restaurants, kiosks, and food market locations
- Full accountability for P&L, labour, recruitment, and performance
- Leading and developing your management teams, who will support wider team builds
- Driving operational excellence in high-volume, fast-paced trading environments
- Ensuring brand standards, food quality, and compliance are delivered consistently
- Supporting new site launches and operational openings across London
- Using data and reporting to drive performance and continuous improvement
- Acting as a culture carrier – leading with energy, pace, and positivity

- Proven experience in QSR / Fast Casual / Grab & Go operations
- Strong multi-site leadership background
- Comfortable managing very high sales volumes
