The Opportunity

We are partnering with a premium, fast growing grab and go business aiming at over 100 sites across the UK to hire a commercially minded Marketing Manager. This is a hands on, high impact role sitting within a lean leadership structure, working closely with Operations to drive performance across the estate. The focus is firmly on commercial marketing rather than pure brand or digital, perfect for someone who enjoys seeing marketing directly influence site-level results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting new site openings, relaunches and refurbishments with targeted marketing campaigns
  • Leading marketing activity around new menu launches, seasonal initiatives and promotional calendars
  • Developing and delivering commercial campaigns that drive footfall, sales and customer engagement
  • Acting as a key marketing partner to franchisees, ensuring alignment while adapting campaigns to local markets
  • Working cross-functionally with Operations to ensure marketing supports operational priorities
  • Tracking campaign performance and continuously optimising for commercial impact

The Franchise Focus

This role is slightly different from a typical Marketing Manager position. The franchise element is pivotal, you will need to balance brand consistency with commercial flexibility, supporting franchise partners while driving group wide results.
