CORELevate are partnering with a fast-growing, investment-backed, multi-brand QSR group operating a portfolio of restaurant and takeaway concepts across multiple dayparts. The business has recently undergone a strategic shift from cloud-kitchen operations to a renewed focus on bricks-and-mortar restaurants and franchised growth, supported by a newly formed and ambitious Senior Leadership Team. The organisation is now focused on rebuilding strong operational foundations and scaling with consistency, quality, and commercial discipline.

CORELevate are seeking a high-energy, commercially driven Head of Supply Chain & Procurement to build, lead, and mature a best-in-class procurement and supply chain function. This is a critical, high-impact hire. The successful candidate will take full ownership of supplier management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiations, cost efficiency, and performance oversight across multiple brands and a complex SKU range. The role combines strategic procurement leadership with hands-on supply chain execution, operating within a fast-paced, high-growth QSR environment. You will set the standards, create the processes, and deliver measurable improvements to COGS and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own supplier sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations across food, beverage, packaging, and equipment.
  • Drive cost efficiencies through contract renegotiation, product consolidation, and pricing strategy.
  • Build strong, value-led supplier partnerships with clear performance governance.
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain performance across multiple brands, ensuring availability, quality, and compliance.
  • Manage national distribution partners to optimise service levels, logistics efficiency, and inbound costs.
  • Identify supply risks and implement robust mitigation plans.
  • Build and scale the procurement and supply chain function, setting structure, processes, and reporting.
  • Deliver measurable COGS improvements with clear impact in the first 60–90 days.
  • Support business growth, including new store openings and franchise expansion.
  • Develop and coach the Procurement Coordinator to build capability and succession.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Franchise, and Construction teams.
  • Ensure supplier readiness and alignment for new openings and operational changes.
  • Report clearly to the COO and senior stakeholders on performance, savings, and risk.
Key Requirements
  • Strong background in food procurement and/or supply chain management within QSR, casual dining, FMCG, or multi-site food retail.
  • Proven experience delivering COGS improvements and tangible cost savings.
  • Expertise in supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability with a deep understanding of food cost structures.
  • Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or multi-brand environments highly advantageous.
  • Confident senior stakeholder manager with strong cross-functional influence.
  • High energy, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Ability to be based in Uxbridge 4 days per week, particularly during the initial build phase.
  • Experience within halal sourcing is beneficial but not essential.
