We are partnering with a rapidly growing QSR brand with bold expansion plans across the UK. With over 20 new sites lined up for this year alone and a clear multi-year growth strategy, this business is building a brand designed to scale across both self-owned and franchised locations.
Known for strong personality, quality food, and genuine community connection, the brand resonates deeply with Gen Z and Millennial audiences and is now looking for a senior Brand Manager to help drive its next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a high impact role with real ownership. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will lead brand strategy and execution across the UK, ensuring the brand performs just as strongly in store as it does online. You will work closely with Operations, Franchise teams, and external agencies to deliver brand initiatives that translate directly into commercial results. While there is no immediate team, the scope and influence of the role are significant.
Key Focus
- Own and evolve brand voice, visual identity, and customer experience across all channels
- Drive brand led growth across sales, footfall, loyalty, and repeat visits
- Lead national campaigns, menu storytelling, and product launches
- Build and roll out local store and franchise marketing toolkits
- Use data and insight to optimise campaigns, channels, and marketing spend
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure ideas land effectively in real stores
- Manage creative, social, and PR agency relationships
What We Are Looking For
- Strong brand and marketing experience within QSR or high volume hospitality
- Proven ability to turn brand strategy into commercial performance
- Experience working in multi-site and ideally franchised environments
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumers
- Comfortable operating with high ownership in a fast moving scale up
