The Role: General Manager

You will run your own site with full autonomy, owning KPIs, guest experience, and team performance. Supported by an Operations Manager, you will coordinate front-of-house, barista teams, and the kitchen to deliver an elevated coffee and brunch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team across FOH, baristas, and kitchen coordination
  • Own KPIs: service, sales, labour, and quality standards
  • Drive exceptional guest experience – revamping service culture and consistency
  • Recruit, train, and retain passionate hospitality professionals
  • Collaborate with the Ops and central support team on systems and structure
  • Champion values like kindness, good manners, and curiosity
