I am proud to be partnering with a founder led hospitality group known for building strong teams and operating at a high standard across the business. As the group continues to grow across multiple arms of the business, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring at pace while building a scalable, high-performing talent function.
This is a senior, hands on talent role with clear ownership of delivery and team leadership. You will take ownership of a fast moving and varied recruitment agenda, spanning:
- FOH, BOH and operations
- Production environments
- Head office and senior leadership hires
Alongside delivery, you will lead and develop a TA team, introduce structure and rigour where needed, and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the group.
