What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationships

  • Serve as the go-to advisor for your client portfolio
  • Deliver strategic insights, tax planning, and advisory support
  • Build long-lasting, trust-based partnerships with business owners through regular meetings and consistent communication
  • Help maintain process excellence and ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the team

Accounting & Tax Oversight

  • Oversee monthly accounting operations and tax processes
  • Prepare business and personal tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 1040, and more)
  • Ensure compliance and minimize risk across federal, state, and local levels

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Streamline workflows and implement best practices for efficiency
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-minded team culture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or client-facing experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Multi-entity or multi-client environments
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Experience with sales tax, payroll, and compliance filings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • CPA or EA is a plus, but not required
