About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at our London Bridge office. We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in IT support within a fast-paced environment, with real opportunities to develop into 3rd line support and cybersecurity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal and external clients
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac environments
  • Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Logging and tracking issues through a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Visiting client sites as required to deliver on-site support
  • Escalating complex issues where necessary
  • Supporting the wider IT team on 3rd line projects as you develop

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS and Microsoft 365
  • Comfortable travelling to client sites when required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to keep learning
