Youth Director & Programme Coordinator

Muswell Hill Synagogue is seeking a warm, energetic and organised Youth Director & Programme Coordinator to lead and grow our youth provision, helping children and young people build lasting connections with their community and Judaism.

Working closely with the Rabbi, Rebbetzin and volunteer youth leaders, you will deliver engaging Shabbat and festival programmes, run youth activities, support leadership development, and coordinate a range of events and communications for children, youth and families.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging youth programmes, children's services and festival activities.
  • Run and develop weekly youth clubs and leadership initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with young people and their families.
  • Recruit, support and mentor youth leaders (Madrichim).
  • Coordinate communications, events and administrative processes to ensure the smooth delivery of a vibrant youth programme.
