Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and dedicated Spa Assistant Cleaner to join our exceptional spa team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is an award-winning retreat where wellbeing, luxury, and cleanliness go hand in hand - and our spa cleaners are essential in upholding our stellar reputation. From ensuring our spa areas are spotless to welcoming guests at reception, this is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Main Duties

  • Cleaning the spa area, including swimming pools, heat rooms, changing rooms, and toilets to the highest standards.
  • Welcoming guests into the spa and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
  • Keeping towel supplies fully stocked and readily available for guest use.
  • Maintaining a safe, tidy, and serene environment throughout the spa.
  • Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team to deliver five-star guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
  • A strong team player who works well with others and takes pride in their work.
  • Awareness of guest safety - basic lifeguard training will be provided as part of your role.

Hours of Work

18 hours per week on a 2 week rota: WEEK1: Monday 3-9pm; Thursday – 7-3pm WEEK2: Tuesday – 7-3pm; Sunday – 9-5.30pm
