Grade 5 - £28,031 to £31,236 per annum (depending on experience)

The role

To be the first point of contact for all customer support requests and enquiries. To provide customer-facing, first line support services for the University's portfolio of IT applications and services prioritising incidents and requests for support to agreed targets and service level agreements (SLAs) and escalating incidents to field support teams or problem management for resolution where appropriate.

You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.

If you are, or have been, a recent member of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) directly prior to joining us, you can choose to opt out of the LGPS and remain in the USS. Please contact the Pensions team to discuss options available.
