Grade 7 - £39,906 to £44,746 per annum (pro rata) depending on experience
We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Food Technology to join our collaborative and supportive academic team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, inclusive and applied teaching (across our undergraduate, postgraduate and degree apprenticeship programmes) and research, innovation, knowledge exchange (RIKE) and/or professional engagement.
The successful candidate will have expertise in:
- Food science, processing and technology
- Food quality and sustainability
- Food labelling and packaging
- Food safety, risk assessment and HACCP
We welcome applicants from both academic and industry backgrounds who can ensure industry relevance. You will be passionate about maintaining our outstanding student experience while developing the next generation of food professionals.
