We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive Student Recruitment Marketing team,playing a critical role indelivering personalised.targeted student recruitment and marketingactivities,as well as providing leadership across a range of business areas to ensure consistent, best practice CRM activity across the full student recruitment journey.
You will workprimarily inour CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), tomanagethedevelopmentofcomplexand dynamiccustomerjourneys whichpower personalised, targetedmarketing activities.You’llalsoberesponsible fortroubleshootingissues andsystem development forthe CRMsystemand associated technologies anddelivering new and innovative ways of working, supporting training and development whererequired.
You’llwork with the CRM Data and Insights Manager toensure high data quality and integrity in our CRM system, collaborating with teams across student recruitment,marketingand Digital Technology Services.You’llprovideexpertiseand advice to ensurehigh data standards, GDPR compliance, and support technical enhancements to enhance performance and user experience.
You are aCRMspecialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion forpushing the boundaries toplan and optimise CRM campaigns to meet businessobjectives.You’recomfortable working with relational data and complex audience information to createcustomerjourneys andcan share knowledge andexpertiseto develop and implement a CRM strategy across student recruitment that ensures consistency,complianceandhigh-quality engagements with future students.
We are looking for someone with:
- ExtensiveCRMexperience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamicsand in thecontext of student recruitment.
- A pro-active approach to usingand developingnew systems and software.
- An exceptional communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build relationships anddemonstrateleadership across functional boundaries.
- Experience of navigating complex regulatory environments, with strong working knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience in Higher Educationis desirable, along with experience of managing CRM integrations and using data extraction and reporting tools.
You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
