This is a senior role within the CRM team, responsible for our digital engagement products – marketing, event management and alumni engagement. As the Senior Product Owner for Digital Engagement, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities that support audience engagement, marketing campaigns, and event management across the Collegiate University. You will work closely with the operations team and the programme team, helping to embed a product mindset and agile delivery approach while enabling new, more effective ways for the University to connect with its audiences. Supporting the simplification and standardisation of processes across campaigns, communications, and event delivery.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the University engages with prospective students, alumni, partners, and the wider public through modern marketing and event capabilities.

  • Be an experienced Product Owner (or similar) with a strong track record in digital, CRM, or marketing technology.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across a complex, devolved organisation.
  • Demonstrate experience of delivering user‑centred products using agile methodologies.
  • Be highly data‑driven, able to define success measures and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bring an understanding of marketing, communications, or event management processes.
  • Be a proactive and collaborative leader, able to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
