Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about accuracy? We’re looking for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts team and ensure our payroll processes run smoothly and securely.
About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. You’ll maintain payroll systems, safeguard sensitive employee data, and generate detailed reports for internal and external purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process the company payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for management, finance, and audits.
- Generate statutory reports for HMRC and pension providers.
- Complete monthly payroll audits and assist with year-end reporting (P60, P11D).
- Validate timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Administer People XD Payroll and Workforce Management modules.
- Provide training and support to managers on payroll processes and HRIS.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., People XD) is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Hours of work
39 hours per week, worked between Monday-Friday.
