Role Overview
The Recruitment Advisor will provide specialist support to the NDM HR Centres of Excellence, ensuring a compliant and efficient recruitment process while enhancing the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, from job description drafting to final offer.
- Advise hiring managers on modern recruitment practices and employment legislation.
- Coordinate interview logistics and support interview teams.
- Manage work permit advice and process Certificates of Sponsorship where required.
- Produce high‑quality documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
- Deliver informative HR inductions to new employees on their first day.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable recruitment experience with up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- CIPD Level 3 and Associate membership (or currently studying towards it with CIPD Student membership).
- Strong focus on customer service, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Contract & Salary
This is a full‑time, permanent contract. Salary for Grade 5 is £32,108 – £37,338 per annum (pro‑rata), inclusive of a pensionable Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro‑rata).
