The Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford is seeking a permanent, part-time Administrative Assistant to join on-site at the Schwarzman Centre, 2 fixed days per week (Thursdays and Fridays), 0.40 FTE.

The role provides administrative support across finance, facilities, health and safety and events, and works closely with a colleague in a parallel post to cover a shared portfolio within Governance and Resource.
