The predicted salary is between 37338 - 37338 £ per year.
The role is primarily office-based during Oxford term time to support seminars, visitors and events. Some working from home may be possible outside term, subject to operational needs. Occasional out-of-hours events work may be required with notice.
This is a varied and people-focused administrative role at the centre of the Department's seminar, events and communications activity. The post holder will coordinate a busy programme of seminars and workshops, support departmental conferences and events, maintain accurate planning records, and contribute to communications across the website, intranet, mailing lists and event listings.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A willingness to be present in the office during term time is essential to support visiting speakers and deliver in-person events.
