The predicted salary is between 27534 - 30508 £ per year.

A hands‑on position in a friendly, supportive catering team. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations and support service delivery for events and conferences, maintaining high standards of customer care across multiple sites. You will work an average of five days out of seven, 36.5 hours per week. The normal hours of operation are from 7 am to 10:30 pm, with occasional events that exceed these hours. This is a full‑time position, available on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day catering operations across Rewley House and Ewert House, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and motivate catering staff, providing guidance and ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Assist in organising and delivering catering for events, conferences, and daily service.
  • Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all catering areas.

  • Experience in the hospitality or catering sector in a customer‑facing role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
