Oxford Population Health at the University of Oxford is seeking a Researcher to join Trey Ideker’s multidisciplinary team at the Big Data Institute. You will develop agentic AI for mechanistic cancer discovery and genotype-to-phenotype modelling, formulating hypotheses and analysing genomic and multi-omics data.

Applicants should hold or be near completing a PhD/DPhil in bioinformatics or related discipline, with experience in hypothesis-driven biology and computational methods for discovery.
