Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly and hardworking Weekend Evening Tray Set Up Assistant to join our Housekeeping team. This important role helps ensure our guests receive the highest standards of room service and hospitality by preparing breakfast trays, maintaining service areas, and supporting the smooth operation of our breakfast service.
Working as part of our dedicated Housekeeping team, you'll play a key role in ensuring everything is ready for the following day's service whilst maintaining the exceptional standards that Ragdale Hall Spa is renowned for.
Main Duties:- Prepare and organise breakfast trays with the correct crockery, cutlery, and guest menus.
- Collect and process breakfast orders for the following day's service.
- Clean, organise, and restock housekeeping service rooms.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest requests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
9 hours per week
Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 5.30pm – 10.00pm
- Age 16-17: £8.70 per hour
- Age 18-20: £10.85 per hour
- Age 21+: £12.75 per hour
