Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and hard-workingto join our Dining Room team.

Set within the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is a multi-award-winning destination where exceptional guest service is at the heart of everything we do. This behind-the-scenes and guest-facing support role is essential in helping our food service operation run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, supporting breakfast service, guest room service, event preparation, kitchen support duties, and cleaning and hygiene standards across the department.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and has a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver guest room service orders and welcome packs
  • Assist with breakfast service preparation and delivery
  • Support PR and special events with crockery and glassware preparation
  • Rinse, stack, and operate dishwashers safely and efficiently
  • Store crockery and glassware correctly, reporting any breakages or low stock levels
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across service areas
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties and safety checks
  • Assist with recycling, waste disposal, and linen collection procedures
  • Complete basic administration tasks, including checklists, logs, and shift handovers
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries
  • Communicate service issues, guest feedback, and operational requirements to senior team members
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times

Hours of Work

  • 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
