Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)
- Cleaning the spa area, including swimming pools, heat rooms, changing rooms, and toilets to the highest standards.
- Welcoming guests into the spa and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth.
- Keeping towel supplies fully stocked and readily available for guest use.
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and serene environment throughout the spa.
- Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team to deliver five‑star guest experiences.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multi‑task and stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
- A strong team player who works well with others and takes pride in their work.
- Awareness of guest safety – basic lifeguard training will be provided as part of your role.
Hours of Work
- 9 hours per week, 2 shifts a week – 5:30–10pm on a 2 week rota: Week 1 working Monday and Friday, Week 2 working Saturday and Sunday.
