As Chef de Partie, you’ll take full responsibility for running your section, serving up to 250 covers per service. You’ll be producing top-quality dishes using fresh, in-house prepared components – from breads and stocks to ice creams and sorbets. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to menu development and train junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- To produce the highest standard of cuisine for both lunch time and evening service.
- Creating and developing new menu ideas.
- Managing food stock and ordering in line with kitchen budgets.
- To produce and oversee the quality of food served in our Bar Areas.
- Playing a key and active role in mentoring the Junior and Trainee Chefs.
- Catering for special dietary requirements with confidence and precision.
- Collaborating closely with front‑of‑house teams, attending menu briefings.
- Ensuring all HACCP and health and safety standards are met.
- Supporting senior chefs in maintaining our exceptional kitchen standards.
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up.
- Confident in their ability to cater for up to 250 covers per service.
