  • Hours of work: Full-time – 35 hours/week

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with excellent administrative skills to an existing team of administrators working in the areas of administrative management of our postgraduate programmes, CPD provision and student experience.

  • You should have advanced IT skills and customer service or student support experience.
  • You should have advanced IT skills plus office and student support or customer services experience.
  • You will work alongside colleagues to support senior administrators, academics and students.
  • You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential.
  • A flexible approach to work commitments is also important.

The position is based at the University’s Leahurst campus on the Wirral.

The hours of employment are 35 hours per week generally between the hours of 8 AM and 6PM.
