Overview

You will manage a multi-functional team of Student Experience Officers and Assistants, organising all aspects of the team's work to ensure that a high-quality service is delivered to users.

You will provide specialist support for the management of University Student Records system and associated processes including programme structure builds, academic registration, module registration, student progression changes, TNE support and data validation, among others.

You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience), be an effective communicator and have the ability to manage staff, prioritise their workload and to motivate large teams of people.

You will be dependable and reliable and display a positive and flexible approach to your work. You will also display a consistent ability to produce a high quantity of work that is accurate and high in quality.

Contract: This post is fixed term until 6 January 2028.
