We are now recruiting a Research and Impact Development Officer to join our Faculty Research and Impact Team. This is a senior role within the team responsible for the development of impact case studies arising from Faculty of Science and Engineering Research. The role has a specific focus on optimising outcomes of our submission to the Research Excellence Framework (REF).
You will work closely with the Faculty APVC for Research and Impact and support academic Impact Leads across our departments in both the collation of impact evidence and development of a vibrant research impact culture. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing competing deadlines and possess well‑developed data handling and analysis skills. You will work independently but within a framework of support roles across the University, planning your own workload in collaboration with the other post holders in the Faculty Research and Impact Team.
This is a permanent full‑time position.
