Capital Management, in collaboration with the University’s Property & Campus Services (PCS) Design Group, is recruiting a Part 1 Architectural Year-Out Placement Student to commence on 28th September 2026. The role involves providing architectural design support on design group projects, including repairs, alterations and minor capital works, within a value range of £25k to £10m.

You will work alongside project managers, quantity surveyors, engineers and supervisors to gain invaluable industry experience.
