The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Working within the Management Services Team, you will be a key member and play an important role within the School’s Professional Services Team, primarily supporting the School’s Health and Safety, Technical and Human Resource/Staffing Support processes. You will also contribute to all aspects of Management Services operational support offering a high level of administrative service provision to a wide range of staff, students and to the wider Faculty.

Working closely with the Management Services Team Leader, Coordinator and academic colleagues, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and effectively under pressure in a challenging environment and be able to build effective working relationships both within the School and across the University. This is a fast-paced role within a busy team. You will be required to be adaptable, professional and confident when dealing with multiple and changing priorities.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. You should meet the requirements of the Job Description, have a flexible approach to work and a strong commitment to continuing professional development. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely in an engaging style.

The post is to cover a period of maternity leave, expected to last up to 12 months.
