We are seeking an organised, proactive and team-oriented individual to join the Admissions Team. Reporting via the Section Head to the Head of International and EU Admissions, you will be part of a team responsible for processing undergraduate and postgraduate applications from international and EU applicants.
You will manage enquiries from applicants and their representatives, providing excellent customer service while working closely with Admissions Officers to ensure applications are processed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with university procedures.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent), including English Language. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and large-scale databases, together with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
You should also possess relevant customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities and contribute positively as part of a collaborative team.
This role is advertised full time, but requests for flexible working arrangements will be considered. This post is fixed term until May 2027.
