Hours of work: Part-time - 21 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic team in The Campus Coffee Bars, specifically, The Leahurst Refectory Café on Leahurst Campus.
The ideal candidate is a friendly team player and passionate about delivering excellent service. You should have a positive highly motivated approach, take pride in your work and have excellent people skills and be prepared to meet the challenge of a busy working environment.
The hospitality assistant is responsible for ensuring seamless service in our catering outlets and providing an enjoyable dining experience for all our customers.
The duties of the post will involve basic food preparation, serving food and beverages to a wide range of customers, use of a till system and general cleaning duties related to the day-to-day running of a busy coffee bar.
Ideally you should have a basic food hygiene certificate, knowledge of allergens and basic health and safety - however, this is not essential, training will be expected to be undertaken on basic food hygiene and allergens when you start.
