The predicted salary is between 25985 - 31759 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an organised, accurate and confident administrator to join the friendly client accounts and wider administrative team at the University department of Equine Sciences.
This is a varied and important role supporting both the Equine Hospital and Practice.
You will help ensure that clinical charges, invoices, payments and insurance claims are processed accurately and promptly, while providing a professional and sensitive service to clients.
You will have experience in administration or client services and some financial administration experience, such as invoicing, payments, account queries or credit control.
Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, communication and organisation are essential, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Additional experience in a veterinary or healthcare environment, insurance claims, procurement or accounts payable would be an advantage.
This post is fixed term for 12 months.
