The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 £ per hour.

Hours of work: Part-time – 25 hours per week Monday 3 pm – 8 pm, Tuesday 3 pm - 8 pm, Wednesday 4 pm - 8 pm, Thursday 4 pm – 8 pm, Sunday 9 am - 4.30 pm.

The above position is available for Vine Court Halls of Residence. Acting as the first line of enquiry for students, staff, contractors, deliveries and visitors.

Duties include:

  • Working on reception handling a wide variety of enquiries
  • Distribution of mail and parcels
  • Carrying out health and safety checks
  • Reporting repairs
  • Responding to operational issues as required
  • Assisting the Reception Supervisor in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of customer service

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language with excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential.
