Thera Trust in Grantham is seeking an IT Engineer to join our friendly IT team and help keep our systems secure, reliable, and future ready. You will provide second line support across the organisation, acting as an escalation point for more complex incidents and requests raised by the Service Desk and staff.
You will work across hardware, software, networks and cloud services, contributing to security, data protection, and the maintenance of documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles.
