What you will be doing:
- Provide trusted, practical HR advice to managers and employees
- Manage and support a variety of ER cases
- Support restructures, TUPE and organisational change
- Coach managers to build confidence and capability
- Promote inclusive practices, safeguarding and equality
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
What you will bring:
- Experience handling ER cases in a busy HR environment
- A solid understanding of employment law and equality practices
- Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)
- A calm, positive and values driven approach
- Experience within care or the charity sector is a bonus but not essential.
