Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to work as part of a 24/7 shift pattern including earlier, later and sleep-in/occasionally waking nights.
- Personal care is required.
- Friendly, caring, and great sense of humour.
- Support adults with a learning disability in achieving their personal goals, aims, and ambitions.
- Provide varied support in daily lives, including developing new skills, personal and emotional support, home management, leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel.
- Be prepared for a fun, rewarding, challenging, and demanding role.
- Support people in their own homes or out in the community.
