A 1-year fixed‑term teaching and research appointment in English literature, with a core focus on literature in English from 1830–1914, is available for an outstanding academic at an early stage of their career. The appointee will be expected to provide undergraduate and graduate teaching on a range of topics in English language and literature for the English Faculty and Trinity College, and graduate teaching and supervision on the MSt in English (1830‑1914 strand) for the Faculty.
You will hold (or be near completion of) a Doctorate‑level degree in English literature or a related field, and have a proven research and publication record in 19th‑century literature with a preference for the period 1830‑1910.
