About the role
A vacancy has arisen for a Bank Receptionist based in our Patient Services Department at 76 Wimpole Street. Duties will include:
- Receiving and managing patients and visitors to The Doctors Laboratory
- Dealing with telephone enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Participating in all clerical activities associated with the department, including data entry and collection of patient fees
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Patient Services Manager or their elected deputy
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working in a healthcare field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of utilising statistical analysis software
- High skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team
