Join us at Ragdale Hall Spa as a Chef de Partie and play a pivotal role in producing delicious dishes to the high standards our guests expect.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take full responsibility for running your section, serving up to 250 covers per service. You’ll be producing top-quality dishes using fresh, in-house prepared components – from breads and stocks to ice creams and sorbets. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to menu development and train junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To produce the highest standard of cuisine for both lunch time and evening service.
  • Creating and developing new menu ideas.
  • Managing food stock and ordering in line with kitchen budgets.
  • To produce and oversee the quality of food served in our Bar Areas.
  • Playing a key and active role in mentoring the Junior and Trainee Chefs.
  • Catering for special dietary requirements with confidence and precision.
  • Collaborating closely with front‑of‑house teams, attending menu briefings.
  • Ensuring all HACCP and health and safety standards are met.
  • Supporting senior chefs in maintaining our exceptional kitchen standards.
About You:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up.
  • Confident in their ability to cater for up to 250 covers per service.
  • A passion for fresh, healthy food and a flair for creativity.
  • Strong team spirit and a desire to contribute to a collaborative kitchen.
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

39 hours per week, worked on a rota basis of 5 days per week including weekends. £30,156.36 per annum. Opportunities to earn gratuities on top of your basic salary.
