Saïd Business School is looking for a talented Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support a diverse portfolio of world‑class programmes and initiatives while helping to achieve the School's ambitious commercial and strategic goals.

As a Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospective audiences and deliver measurable business results. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, recruitment, sales and programme teams, you'll transform audience insights into creative campaign strategies and collaborate with specialist execution and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that support lead generation and business growth
  • Translating market insights, audience research and competitor analysis into effective marketing strategies
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and recommending improvements to maximise return on investment
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring activity is delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Providing regular campaign performance reports and insights to support business planning

You will be a creative and results‑driven marketing professional with experience developing marketing strategies and delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes. You will have strong project and budget management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience producing engaging marketing communications across a variety of channels, particularly email marketing.
