We are looking for a female support worker to join our team to support 4 individuals in their supported living home. You will be supporting the 4 individuals to maintain their home, learn new skills and to promote their independence. You will be supporting the individuals to access the community to attend appointments and social clubs, activities like swimming, going to the gym, going out for coffee, lunch, bowling, going to the cinema, the list is endless!

You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role.
