- Drive new enquiries through proactive outreach, referrals, networking events and site tours.
- Present membership options with confidence, handle objections effectively and close with professionalism.
- Support renewals, upgrades and retention activity when required, ensuring a smooth transition for members.
- Grow group golf and small society bookings (typically under 30 players) through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Promote and sell corporate access to the Golf Academy, Leisure facilities and Racquets offerings.
- Manage opportunities from first contact through to confirmed booking, with timely follow-up and clear, professional proposals.
- Maintain a disciplined, accurate CRM pipeline with clear deal stages, values and next actions.

- Partner closely with Golf Operations, Academy, Leisure, Racquets and Front of House teams for seamless communication and delivery.
- Handle client feedback with care, resolving issues proactively and nurturing relationships for repeat business.
- Represent the club externally at networking events and partner meetings to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Support broader sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and inbound enquiries.
- Keep all sales documentation organised, up to date and compliant with internal procedures.
- Ensure full adherence to GDPR, confidentiality, and health & safety standards.

- Confident in outbound sales: building relationships, managing pipelines, and closing deals in a premium setting.
- Experienced in using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and highly organised in managing leads and tasks.
- Strong communicator - articulate, persuasive and polished across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Commercially minded and skilled at upselling and packaging value-led propositions.
- Background in golf, leisure, membership or corporate sales is advantageous, as is a local network.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays as needed.
