Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Learning & Development will create and deliver a world-class learning culture that enhances employee performance, leadership capability, guest experience, and organisational effectiveness.
This is both a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for designing innovative learning solutions that support a diverse workforce across multiple hospitality venues.
