This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in busy, energetic environments and loves the pace of events, multiple bars and high footfall.
Food hall experience would be ideal, but we're also open to candidates from other high-volume, multi-bar or complex hospitality venues across London. We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing a large-scale operation.
You'll have a strong understanding of P&L, revenue and costs, while being hands-on with the day-to-day running of the venue and leading a large team.
