Think
New campaigns and an exciting events schedule.
New launches and huge growth.
New ways to get people talking.
I am working with a fast-growing, non-corporate hospitality brand, and they are looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to join their team in Uxbridge.
They are searching for someone proactive, energetic and full of ideas, with at least 2 years' marketing experience in hospitality or food retail.
You will take real ownership of a broad range of marketing activity, working across PR, social, digital, and events.
You'll get stuck into everything from store openings to newsletters to franchise marketing materials.
You will co-manage relationships with PR, social and creative agencies, coordinate campaigns and events and help shape how the brand shows up both locally and nationally.
This is not a role where you sit and wait to be told what to do.
They want someone who walks in and says, "I've got an idea, why don't we try this?" Someone who spots what's culturally relevant, brings fresh thinking, and then rolls their sleeves up to make it happen.
We would love to hear from you if you
- Have at least 2 years' marketing experience in hospitality, food, retail or a consumer brand
- Are proactive, full of ideas and confident suggesting new campaigns
- Enjoy variety and want to be a true marketing generalist
- Are culturally switched-on and in touch with social and digital trends, especially for a Gen-Z customer base.
- Can juggle multiple agencies, suppliers and projects at once
- Are motivated, organised and comfortable taking ownership
This could be the perfect opportunity for an early-career Marketing Executive who is ready to start owning a whole marketing function.
What's in it for you?
- £35,000 - £37,000 salary, plus benefits
- On-site, hands-on role based in Uxbridge
- Broad exposure across PR, digital, events and brand
- Real ownership and autonomy from day one
- The chance to genuinely shape how the brand grows
If you are ambitious, ideas-led and ready to bring your energy to a brand on the move, we would love to hear from you.
