The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded UK Marketing Managerto join a high-profile QSR business at an exciting point in its growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the UK marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, CRM and customer channels.
- Translate wider brand and global initiatives into relevant UK activity.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure marketing activity is commercially effective and operationally deliverable.
- Use customer insight, data and performance metrics to shape strategy and improve ROI.
- Lead and manage external marketing agencies and partners.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend.
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, brand performance and commercial results.
- Support the ongoing turnaround and transformation of the marketing function.
- Help shape the future UK marketing structure as the business evolves.
About You
We are looking for a confident, hands-on marketer who can combinestrategic thinking with strong execution.
You will ideally have experience within QSR, food retail, FMCG, hospitality or another fast-paced consumer environment.
