We are working with a fast growing, premium hospitality led business that is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join them on an initial 3-6 month contract.
This is a hands on role supporting the business through an exciting period of growth, taking ownership of recruitment across a broad range of head office and operational positions.
The role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage high-quality talent
- Manage candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Support recruitment processes, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Bring fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and employer brand
- Work at pace within a growing, entrepreneurial and people-focused environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an internal Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition Partner
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience
- Experience within hospitality, property, flexible workspace, leisure or another fast-paced multi-site business would be highly advantageous
- Commercial, proactive and able to hit the ground running
This would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships with hiring managers and taking real ownership of the recruitment process.
